I did get the help I needed, so that was good... just took a bit longer than I expected for them to get back to me

"Works fine, but feels a bit clunky"
The site does work, but finding programs takes more clicks than I expected. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this one feels a little more clunky and less straightforward to navigate.

"Easy payment, fees were clear"
Payment went through with no issues, and I could see the fees before I hit pay. Nothing felt weird or hidden, which I really appreciated. Checkout was quick too, and I got my reciept right away

"I had to cancel my son’s class at..."
I had to cancel my son’s class at the last minute and thought the refund was going to be a hassle. Active Communities handled it smoothly, and the money came back faster than I expected. I do feel like, given the situation and the inconvenience, some kind of extra credit or compensation would be fair, but at least the refund itself was easy.
